Terms and Conditions*:	1) We offer 'free' and 'regular' profiles. Each regular pixel profile costs USD $2. 'Free' profiles may be added at our discretion, and will have limitations to regular profiles. 2) You will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit profile details which will then be published on the site. 3) Once your pixel profile is published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund. 4) Changes to profile information will only be possible in exceptional circumstances. 5) Pixel profiles are not sold in any particular position. Your position on the homepage depends on the number of visitors to your profile and the number of referral connections you make. 6) The site and homepage will remain online as long as possible, and at least until 13th January 2011. 7) No obscene/offensive/adult images or links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for our site. If you submit an image or profile that is rejected, you will be given the opportunity to provide an alternative, and if you do not provide one you will lose your pixel profile without refund. 8) If your favourite website link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your favourite website link will be removed, and you will not get a refund of any kind. 9) You can request your pixel profile be removed from the homepage at any time, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again. 10) Images must be in JPEG format, maximum 1Mb, with either a .jpg or .jpeg file extension. 11) Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// 12) You confirm you have the rights / permission to use the image and profile details you submit, and you assume full responsibility for any issues of copyright arising. 13) People who appear under 16 cannot have a free profile. This is to ensure that minors can only add profiles with parental involvement. 14) Your email address will not be sold or passed to any third parties. 15) There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum. 16) Regular pixel profiles will appear online within 48hrs of cleared payment. 17) You consent that information supplied may, for the purposes of fulfilling your order, be processed both within and outside the European Economic Area, or outside the country or countries where the data is collected. 18) Members are encouraged to tell their friends, however any person found spamming will be removed without refund. 19) We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 20) These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by UK Law.
